D'Arthouse takes the greatest care to ensure the quality of its artworks. We stand by the quality we deliver and you may expect our products to meet the requirements set for them. In the unlikely event you have a complaint about our products, you may return the product to us. After the return, D'Arthouse will assess whether your complaint is due to a manufacturing defect, or whether it is the result of a cause not attributable to the production process. Based on our assessment we will contact you whether the product can be repaired, or needs to be replaced and if so, the costs involved.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Of course we hope you will enjoy your artwork from D'Arthouse. But it can sometimes happen that it is a little different than you thought. If the item is not what you had in mind, you can return your item within 14 days, provided it is undamaged. You can exchange your artwork for another item or we can refund the purchase price to your account. The shipping costs for the returned goods are at the expense of our customer.
